Women's Health Physiotherapy

Women's Health Physiotherapy is tailored to the specific needs of women. Our experienced Pelvic Health physios treat issues including incontinence, prolapse, pregnancy-related pain, pelvic pain and hip pain. We also offer Physiotherapy that addresses the physical challenges of Perimenopause and Menopause such as aches and pains, poor sleep, body changes and more.


Integrative Physiotherapy

A practice that recognizes the interconnectedness of physical and energetic aspects of health, combining the strengths of modern medicine with the timeless wisdom of traditional medicine. It aims to support the body's innate healing abilities, restore balance, and promote overall well-being.


Massage Therapy

Our Registered Massage Therapists perform therapeutic massage to help relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve wellness. Treatments consist of deep tissue massage therapy to release muscle tension or “knots” and can address general body areas like the back and neck, or specific problems such as a frozen shoulder, recurrent headaches or an injury.


Balance and Dizziness (Vestibular) Physiotherapy

Suitable for dizziness that is recent onset (short-term) and involves a spinning sensation

Glenda’s decades of professional experience, along with her own health journey, have led her to use a whole being approach with her clients - mind, body and spirit. This gets to the root of physical discomfort and dysfunction so her clients can have optimal and lasting change in their function and wellbeing.

From an educational perspective, Glenda received her Physical Therapy Degree with distinction from McGill University in 1991. Being an avid learner, that was just the beginning. Her love of sports led her to specializing in orthopaedics and sports physio, receiving her Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy Diploma and her Diploma in Sports Physical Therapy.

She has had the amazing opportunity of working with local soccer teams and travelling to Beijing and Turkey as a part of the Canadian Medical Team taking care of our Canadian athletes at the Summer Universiade Games.

Glenda’s passion for learning led her to the practices of Traditional Chinese Medical Acupuncture as well as Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute. She loves that adding these practices allows her to assess and treat clients with a more thorough approach in tune with the energetics of the body as well as the physical aspects.

Glenda’s goal is to empower her clients to receive the results they desire by helping them understand what is going on with their bodies and providing a treatment plan uniquely tailored to their individual needs.

Another branch of Glenda’s work in the world is through transformational energy coaching. She helps people be in alignment with their true nature in all the ways so that they can truly flourish and love their lives.

Shauna Falls has been practicing massage therapy for nine years now. She graduated from the 2200 hour Massage Therapy Program at Grant MacEwan College in 2007. Shauna is a member of the Massage Therapists Association of Alberta. Shauna specializes in deep tissue treatments, Trigger Point Therapy, Fascial Techniques, Muscle Energy Techniques and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Techniques as well as Lymphatic Drainage Techniques. All of these techniques are beneficial in treating muscle stiffness and pain, back pain, headaches and decreasing stress in the body. Shauna also does relaxation massage and pregnancy massage. Shauna is passionate about massage therapy and enjoys working with all of her clients. Krystal Mangan graduated as a physical therapist from the University of Alberta with distinction in 2004. She has practiced in Edmonton since then and has experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal, women’s health and complex persistent pain conditions.

As a Physical Therapist, Krystal has a special interest in women’s health. She has experience treating conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, as well as pregnancy and post- partum related symptoms. Krystal is also a certified post-natal fitness specialist and loves helping moms’ of all ages getting moving again!!!

Krystal believes strongly in the mind-body connection and that each individual is unique and has their own story to tell. She believes education is at the core of empowering people to follow their own path and is passionate about helping people remain active through all stages of life.

Krystal is committed to continuing education and has completed a variety of post-graduate courses to help integrate her knowledge including Acupuncture, Manual Therapy, The Integrated Systems Model Series, Kinesiotaping, and numerous women’s health courses.
